Diary

Dear  Parents/ carers,

Eggcellent time

Well done to all the children who entered our  egg competition. They all could have won! What  a tremendous effort - well done!

Parents Evening

Parents Evening will take place for the rest of the school in the first week back after the Easter holidays (23rd and 24th April). A letter should have came home today for you sign up to an appointment. Please contact your teacher to make an appointment if you haven’t done so already.

Y3 Camping

This has been opened up to our Year 3 children. A letter came home this week, if you are interested then your letter and money needs to be returned by Tuesday 23rd. If you are not given a place (if we need to draw out of a hat) then your money will be returned.

Big Battery Hunt

We are taking part in the ‘BIG BATTERY HUNT!’  It is a competition to collect used batteries. This scheme supports recycling and also gives us a chance to win prizes.

Your child has been supplied with a collection box, please fill it with used batteries and bring it to school once it is full so we can add it to the main container for the competition.

School Holidays

Please note that we break up on Friday for our Easter holidays (Friday 5th April) and we return on Tuesday 23rd April. Please note parents evening is the first day back!

School Values

This week we have read ‘The squirrel who squabbled’, this book focussed upon getting and moving on. The British Value that was  talked about in  class was resilience.

Miss Crowder’s’ class won the attendance award with 100%  Well done everyone!
