This week the school had two very important visitors… England Women’s Rugby Captain, Katy McLean, and the BBC! As you know, Katy used to to teach here at Bexhill before becoming famous, and had been asked to record some material to be used on the BBC Bitesize series. She very kindly asked if some of our children would like to be involved, and of course we said ‘Yes’!
A very enthusiastic, and well behaved, group of Y5/6 girls took part in a coaching and Q&A session this week – a few photos are below. I know they’re all looking forward to making their TV debuts… we’ll let you all know when it’s going to be on TV!
